Ms. Thompson has nearly 30 years’ experience representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Ms. Thompson handles wage and hour class actions in both state and federal court, and has successfully defeated class certification as well as prevailed on motions for summary judgment on several of the class actions she has handled. In addition, she defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination in single and multi-plaintiff actions, and represents clients in traditional labor law matters.

Intense Attorney
I worked with Tracy years ago at a big law firm in SF. She is loud, and very intense. If you can look past this and do your job, then you should be able to get along with her. She is a hard worker and a good attorney, but has issues with staff.
