Skye Delainna Yveth Langs

Skye’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal court.  She has experience in all phases of litigation from initial fact discovery through trial and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving the False Claims Act, public nuisance, toxic torts, intellectual property, breach of contract, and corporate governance.

Skye also has an active pro bono practice.  She recently argued in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of an individual challenging the constitutionality of California’s Sex Offender Registration Act.  She also successfully represented a family seeking a conservatorship over their developmentally disabled son and helped a woman recover a portion of a legal judgment in her favor.

Prior to joining the firm, Skye was a litigation associate at Jones Day in Palo Alto and a high school teacher and Cross Country coach in Fremont, California.
