Biography
I have been practicing law for over 30 years. My career began as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, stationed at Treasure Island, California. I am licensed in both Ohio and California. I've been practicing law exclusively in California since 1988. I have substantial trial experience in state court, federal court and before administrative agencies. I also handle appeals in both the state court and federal court. In addition to litigation, I represent clients in both arbitrations and mediations. As a litigator, I also provide advice to clients on how to avoid litigation and have been succesful in intervening early in a dispute to avoid costly litigation.
I am an active member in the Tort, Trial & Insurance Practice Section of the ABA (American Bar Association).
