Robert Ted Parker

     I operate a business law firm that practices in diverse  industries: securities, technology, manufacturing, food production, film and publishing, construction and building materials. I am a business trial lawyer with over 30 years' experience. I've litigated cases in federal and state courts in California as well as in New York, District of Columbia, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Delaware. In court, we've obtained million-dollar awards, and shut down multi-million-dollar claims in defense.  In contracts, we protect our clients’ rights with adept and polished legal writing and negotiation.

     We take pride in robustly protecting our clients’ interests, even above our own. The firm began during a case in which Ted Parker represented 60 investors against Lehman Brothers affiliates.  His former (big) firm then insisted that he abandon the investors’ case so that firm could seek to handle Lehman’s bankruptcy.  Instead, he left to start Parker Law Firm and continue the investor-clients’ case.  

     That experience has inspired the firm to give legal service that is superior to that at big corporate firms, and to give maximum loyalty and effort to clients in representing them.  We also try to keep the cost of legal services to a minimum.
