Julia Drew Greer

Julie Greer is a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice emphasizes intellectual property, unfair competition, false advertising, and complex breach of contract and business tort cases, often in the dynamic and highly volatile field of entertainment litigation.

Julie represents plaintiffs and defendants in actions involving Internet law, copyright, trademark, licensing, enforcement and other intellectual property-related issues. Her practice has included representation of the music publisher plaintiffs in the highly publicized Napster case. She also represented the Recording Industry Association of America in its litigation against under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
