I am an attorney licensed to practice in the states of California and Washington. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate environmental claims and litigation. I focus on cost-effective strategies to resolve claims brought under CERCLA, RCRA and state environmental laws. I have represented clients in matters involving California’s environmental regulatory agencies, including the various regional water quality control board and the State Water Resources Control Board.
My background also includes extensive civil litigation experience. I have successfully defended products liability, toxic-tort, construction defect, and high exposure personal injury litigations. I also have extensive experience working with insurance companies to resolve coverage disputes.
I have authored articles/papers on arranger liability under CERCLA and issues revolving around governmental management of flood-related risks. My papers have been cited in Ninth Circuit briefing and Rodger's Environmental Law, a treatise.
