also known as Wolford Wayne LLP
I have a long-standing commitment to helping San Francisco tenants through my volunteer work with the San Francisco Tenants Union and I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Eviction Defense Collaborative. I have also been recognized for my tenant advocacy by numerous organizations, including the State Bar of California, the Justice and Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco , and the AIDS Legal Referral Panel.
I have a record of excellent results, both in preserving rent controlled housing for many of my clients and recovering millions of dollars for my clients through wrongful eviction lawsuits – making landlords and their insurance companies pay for their bad acts. Since the majority of my business comes from referrals – client satisfaction is my number one priority.

An outstanding lawyer
I would give Jason ten stars. He is smart, forthright, honest and puts the interest of his clients first.
