Biography
I have been representing individuals and families in personal injury , brain damage, and wrongful death matters since 1982, arising from dangerous conditions of property, vehicular negligence, defective products, airplane crashes, big-rig crashes, premises liability, playground accidents, and other negligent and wrongful conduct.
I am Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which is an invitation only organization based on extensive trial experience and reputation in the legal community for honesty and integrety.
Past president of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and the Hastings College of the Law Alumni Association. Past member of the at-large Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California. Member of the American Association for Justice and The National Trial Lawyers.
I often work with the local courts as a settlement conference panalist, and as a discovery facilitator.
I have two grown boys, and a lovely wife. Family, friends, and good health, are very important to me.
I understand the difficulties that people experience when injured, and through the loss of a family member. I have compassion and empathy, and do whatever can be done to right wrongs.
