Cara M. Ching-Senaha

Cara Ching-Senaha leads the employment law practice at Moscone, Emblidge & Otis LLP. She represents employers and management in EEO claims, such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation; breach of contract; wrongful termination; wage and hour compliance; trade secrets; among others. Her practice focuses on practical and effective employment litigation, dispute resolution, litigation avoidance, day-to-day counseling, and assisting employers in group (multi-plaintiff) actions.

Cara is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried cases to verdict in California and Hawaii, on a variety of claims including race discrimination, national origin discrimination, disability discrimination, workplace harassment, and retaliation. She is also skilled at helping employers efficiently and effectively resolve disputes short of trial. Cara provides employers and managers with day-to-day counseling, prepares employment policies and handbooks, and workplace investigations.
