Richard B. Shikman

mr. Shikman did not defend me. He didnt ask question on my behalf. I asked him to step down as my attorney(fired Him) he told me the judge would not grant me. The DA didnt have to do anything, because Shikman didnt do. The suppose called witness who said she could identify me, I asked him, how could ...she I wasnt in her house. She didnt identify until the police talked to her in spanish and then she said yes. This witness in her statement said she never came down the stairs, so if, and if I was in her house downstairs how would she id me. #2 The police said I had on a black hoodie size 2, I sure cant wear a size 2, I had on a black red beige shirt stripe. #3. I was at a party, and he couldn;t locate witnesses, and I stated to the judge, my mother located one of the ladies. I said if and i I was in the house my fingerprints or DNA should be on the tv remote, or tv. #4. One cop said he seen me come out the house, I said to Shikman are you afraid to go up against a cop, you didnt question him, when I asked you to ask him? Then the so call witness, said she didnt want to be here, and she wasnt going asnwer any questions he asked her and she didnt. We were ordered to come back at 1pm again she would not anwerer any questions...He told me to take a deal he was doing me a favor and if I didnt I would get 17 years.. He even said i I dont take the deal I'll be 30+ before I get out. A strike and a felony, so why would I not want to fight im 20 years old He should be asham to call himself an attorney, I will never refer him, they walk around the court waiting for a case to be thrown his way, at my expense. I took back my plea, and was denied again to fire him,I did not have a fair trial...I asked him why wont you walk away yourre not helping me, He said im trying to help you, and had many cases like this, we were agruing, so I told him if he not going to give 110% then I dont want you. He even told me He thought I was guilty, I asked him again why are you here. I'm innocent anf I should be able to get a lawyer who gonna work this case. So were is it you innocent until proven guilty. He came to see me once, I asked him why dont he work for the other side.. I was sentenced to 4 years strike & felony, why do we need attorneys i there not gonna work
