Presently Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of American Home Realty Netowrk, Inc. Since 1975, I have engaged in trial practice in the areas of professional liability defense, business and commercial litigation, having tried to completion over 90 complex civil cases in state and federal courts, where I have successfully defended multi- million dollar claims and obtained multi-million dollar verdicts. I have also served as a Judge Pro Tem, Settlement Panelist and Arbitrator for over 25 years. I have served as general counsel for a public company, as well as general counsel for start-up companies, and am experienced in general corporate law, HR, international commerce, and intellectual property.
