Tony Tam

My wife found Tony as a provider through her work's legal insurance program. Her initial email went ignored. After some days, she called, and after the conversation, was told, "Let's touch base next week and set a time to meet via Zoom on Friday, May 22, 2025. Looking forward to meeting you and your ...husband." Tony never got back to her with a Zoom link or information for the meeting. When emailed on the 22nd to ask about the meeting, he said, "I do not have time today. Do you have any time this Sunday or next week?" After trading more emails back and forth, we were finally able to secure a meeting time for today, May 31st at 1:00 pm. Tony sent a Zoom link and let us know, "If anything comes up for either of us, we figure out another date. A Zoom link is located below." Staying consistent with his previous communications, he proceeded to not show up to the meeting, not send any further communication, and not pick up the phone when we tried to call at the meeting time of 1:00 pm on a Sunday. It's now 1:31 as I write this, with no sign of him. While I am frustrated to not start the process today, I am happy Tony gave us a good look into how he operates, and we can avoid working with someone with so little respect or care for other people's time. Final note: Tony did end up calling 40 minutes later, called my wife by a completely wrong name, and let us know that he overslept and that's why he wasn't there.
