During law school I began training in litigation right away and have continued to hone my skills in this area since starting my practice. I have worked on litigation in areas as diverse as workers' compensation, insurance coverage, unlawful detainer and breach of contract claims.

I offer services applicable to the entire life-cycle of a business from entity choice and formation (corporations, LLCs, partnerships) through wind up of the company. This includes consultations and advice ranging from management structure and insurance needs to succession plans and obtaining financing.

My practice includes both drafting and review of contracts and agreements. As well, I can help you negotiate agreements with other parties and get things moving when a deal is stalled.

I have represented landlord/tenant clients in many different situations. Each time I have been able to help my clients stand up for their rights and find a solution to their problem. Whether I've faced allegations of habitability issues, wrongful eviction or illegal rent increases, my clients have been able to hold their heads up high with the final outcome of their case.
