This is not the first time we have contacted Andrei. Several years ago, our daughter received a Green Card thanks to the highly qualified assistance of AndreI and his team. Where do I start... Andrei was representing me and my family in the immigration proceedings for years. First, I hired him many years ago to represent me in my change of status from J-1 to F-1 (feels like eternity ago). In a few years I got married to a US citizen and Andrei represented me in my adjus...tment of status process (was flawless). Then I filed for I-751, to remove the condition on my green card and while I was in that lengthy process, Andrei advised me to file for naturalization (Yay!). It was very clever advice on his part. Removal of condition took forever and when the time came I basically had two interviews in one (I-751 AND N-400). Interview went well, but then my naturalization ceremony was not scheduled for about 3 months...and I desperately wanted to file a petition for my parents who were already in the US. Andrei contacted USCIS several times, spoke with the supervisor and was able to get me the ceremony date. Theeeen, I filed for my parents' adjustments and COVID happened. Their interviews were rescheduled multiple times and it took almost 3 years to finally get their green cards. I am also very grateful for an amazing translator from Andrei's office, during my parents' interviews. She was extremely nice and gave my parents confidence they needed. A few things worth mentioning: he does ask for 2 business days to reply to emails, but I totally relate to that considering his busy practice. Another thing is that Mr. Romanenko is fluent in both Spanish and Russian and was able to communicate with my husband and parents. Of course you can file immigration applications yourself, but you never know what can happen down the road. Andrei helped me even with little things like translations of the documents, notarizations, forwarded me to the good doctor for the medical evaluation etc. I am very grateful for Andrei and his staff for their support.
