Knowledgeable and personable.

After three years of working with Brett, my husband and I continue to be impressed and thankful. Brett pulls out legal knowledge from his brain right when needed. Plus, his long-term assistant, Irene, keeps the operation running smoothly.

Rare to Find Excellence & Compassion In a Lawyer

Brett handled my elderly mother's affairs with compassion and concern. He was kind and patient with her when she was alive, and met with her to make sure her intentions were noted and followed when she passed. Brett has continued to take care of me and my family. I highly recommend him for your e...state and tax needs.

A caring and common sense lawyer

Brett has handled many problems for me regarding real estate and estate planning. He is a straight shooter, and gives sound, common sense suggestions and answers.

Relationship: Friend

"I endorse this lawyer's work. Although I consider Brett a good friend, I have also had the good fortune to observe him professional for a number of years. Brett and I are graduates of the Laureate Program sponsored by The Southern California Institute in San Diego. We partnered in a number of situations, and would strongly recommend him to a family seeking a collaborative professional to help them achieve their estate planning goals."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
