I represent employees in discrimination, retaliation, and harassment cases under California and Federal law. I also represent clients with claims arising from overtime and minimum wage disputes at work, fraud, defamation/slander, commercial and personal contracts, and assault and battery.
I advise clients who have been placed on Performance Improvement Plans at work or who need assistance negotiating severance packages. I prepare, review and advise on employment contracts.
I have represented clients in California state courts and Federal courts and have appeared pro hac vice in Nevada and Virgina Federal courts. I have appeared before administrative agencies including the California Labor Commissioner/Division of Labor Standards Enforcement; California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board; San Francisco Rent Board; and the Contractor's State License Board.
