I hired Michael Pascoe from Aug 2024–Jan 2025 for a high-conflict divorce. After the first hearing, he said he couldn’t work well with opposing counsel and transferred my case to another attorney in the firm, who was good but still consulted with him. Communication was slow, promised actions never ha...ppened, and I was billed monthly with repeated retainer requests despite little progress. I spent a lot with no meaningful results. Not suited for complex or contentious cases.

Michael represented me in a heated dispute involving accusations that were not true and a claim for money that was simply unjustified. It took several rounds of negotiation.
