Michael C. Pascoe

I hired Michael Pascoe from Aug 2024–Jan 2025 for a high-conflict divorce. After the first hearing, he said he couldn’t work well with opposing counsel and transferred my case to another attorney in the firm, who was good but still consulted with him. Communication was slow, promised actions never ha...ppened, and I was billed monthly with repeated retainer requests despite little progress. I spent a lot with no meaningful results. Not suited for complex or contentious cases.

I met with Michael to help me with a premarital agreement. It was a particularly sensitive subject with my fiance and I, and we were both really appreciative of how Michael handled it and spoke with both of us. He listened to what we wanted and did a great job in putting it together. Michael is n...ot just competent, but empathetic and someone I would not hesitate to recommend. We will probably use him to do a Will and Trust for us later.
