I have represented general contractors, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and others for over 25 years in construction related matters. I am also happy to review and prepare construction contracts, prepare mechanic's liens, stop notices, and bond claims. Although I prefer to keep my clients out of litigation if possible, I also represent my clients in both prosecuting and defending lawsuits involving construction matters, and am a mediator and arbitrator of construction matters.
