This is my first ever experience with an attorney and in regards to a work-related injury. While was working injured (light duty) different people at different times told me to contact her. I was nervous with many questions and what-ifs in regards to her and work and they all just told me to cont...act her and everything would be fine. It wasn’t until weeks later that I finally decided to contacted Brittany because my worries, fears, and anxiety with work steadily started to consume me. It wasn’t until I had a consultation with her did I really feel what my coworkers expressed to me; that everything would be fine. She answered all my concerns and all my questions and explained how it would be going forward would be. My worries and anxiety quickly dissipated and turned to trust and confidence in her as well as prove to me that she was very competent in the matter. I felt going forward with her was the right decision. I really appreciated the fact that she periodically checked on me (my well-being, if I was receiving the proper care on time): before my surgery, post-surgery, my rehab, and throughout my recovery leading up to my return to work. If I had any questions or concerns, I was never hesitant or felt scared to contact her. She responds almost immediately and if she can’t, she certainly gets back in a timely manner. If there were any issues she was very diligent in resolving them. I couldn’t be any happier with her and highly recommend her.

Excellent representation

I met Brittany Huynh at my Local Lodge 1781 during a Shop Stewart workshop. I remember thinking that if anything were to happen to me or a coworker I would definitely contact her. She seemed very professional and knowledgeable about the Airline industry. Well, unfortunately I had an accident at wo...rk 8/18, and I reached out to her to discuss my case. Many times during my LOA, Ms. Hunyh reached out during some difficult moments and reassured me to leave it in her hands. I can say without a doubt that I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case. Words can't thank her enough for being there and representing me during one of the most trying times of my life. Very satisfied client

Brittany was an amazing lawyer for me . I reached out to her when I was at a very low point pretty much on the verge of giving up on my workers compensation case and honestly that might have been the best decision of my life . She fought really hard for me and got me a very nice lump sum , a couple t...housands worth in school credits , as well as an extra voucher. Not only is she very strong at what she does but I barely had to talk to her . At first this made me a little nervous but it didn’t take me long to realize that while we weren’t talking every day she was working everyday day. When we did talk she had major updates for me !
