Thank God, I received her help.

My workplace injury case was quite complex, and the fact that English isn't my first language made it even more difficult. Not easily impressed, I am highly impressed

30 years in a All-Risk FD, high call volume, crime ridden city, you take a beating. Through the years I had used several “quality” WC attorneys, never felt represented fully, just passed along, the minimums. One could imagine my concerns with multiple career ending, complex injuries/disabilities t...hat required significant investment in time, intelligence, gaining my trust, assuring that in the end it will all work out. Brittany was referred to me, gained my trust with her candid, calming, straight ahead conversations. Always there whenever I needed reassurance, that alone was something I never had with any other attorney. With multiple complex injuries/disabilities presented, she never faltered, was one step ahead always, I felt comfortable, fully represented. When an emergency presented, she had me on a plane, being treated within days. She cares very much, it becomes obvious quickly. The relations she built with my adjuster, their attorneys, helped secure treatments faster for my numerous medical needs. She gets the respect from all sides, she is aggressive with a balance of fair, you never feel you have been short changed. As I write this, my cases completed above what I ever expected, I know how incredibly fortunate I am. I truly believe that any other attorney could not have handled my claims to the outcome she achieved. There is no better choice than Brittany, my wife and I fully believe this, she is the Standard in the highest quality and ability to represent and fight for you.

The best lawyer

Brittany is an amazing lawyer who took over my work comp case. She spent time to explain the process and was available for any questions I had. The Best!

Brittany is the best and I highly recommend her after seeing how she handled my workers' compensation case. Her dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process was remarkable, and I could not have asked for a better attorney to represent me. I was referred to Brittany by a friend ...after I had worked with another WC attorney who I wasn’t happy with. The other attorney never returned calls and only had his assistants communicate with me. When I first contacted Brittany, she spent almost 2 hours going over my case and I knew right away she was the person I wanted representing me. Throughout the entire case she was both compassionate and empathetic. She was understanding of the emotional stress as well as the physical pain I was enduring. Her empathetic demeanor is also matched with a remarkable work ethic and legal knowledge. Brittany was always responsive when I needed advice or had questions by phone and email. She would always keep me informed as to the progress of my case, and sometimes would even call just to check on me even if nothing was happening to make sure I was doing okay. This was something I had not experienced with other attorneys and it is a reflection of how much she cares for her clients. In addition, her judgement, professionalism and knowledge are unmatched. When she goes up against other attorneys and you see her in action, you start to feel sorry for the opposing counsel but also happy that she is representing you. My case was extremely complicated yet she never hesitated in fighting for me. She was able to settle my case as she had promised which has had a big impact on my life. I cannot recommend Brittany enough as a WC attorney. Thank you Brittany for all you did for me.

Absolutely the Best

Working with and having Brittany Huynh Esp. was a miracle. My Comp case was going sideways, and I needed to explore representation in order gain back control. Brittany was sincere informative and most of all honest. Others, on here have better explained the attention to detail the unbelievable tenaci...ty and the ability to get appointments. I wanted to add the human aspect; the availability at any time, the willingness to protect the process, but most of all I always felt I was the only client she was working with (a skill and gift that does not exist especially in the judicial field) WCWCA has done a fantastic job guiding my case to a more logical conclusion. I am a fan for life a staunch supporter and will not hesitate to promote or suggest WCWCA for future endeavors for anyone entering or mired in the deep end of Worker’s Compensation.
