About Brittany
Biography
Brittany Huynh has over 21 years of experience in workers compensation law. She began her career as a defense attorney for employers and insurance carriers where she was a Partner at two large law firms. She soon realized that her passion for helping others would be best used as an attorney for injured workers. She has spent the last 8 years fighting vigorously for the rights and recovery of injured workers of all backgrounds. She prides herself in being an advocate for union workers and being able to uniquely understand the workings of third party adjusting agencies, insurance companies and risk management. From first responders to airline workers, she has spent countless hours becoming proficient on the risks her clients face and the personnel issues they must grapple with. Her success in making a difference in the lives of workers and their families is well known amongst her peers and the labor community.

Best Workman’s Comp attorney in the Bay Area!!!!!!!
This is by far the best attorney I've came across in the Bay Area. She's fire, she's prompt timely. Any time I had a question she replied expeditiously including Sat. & Sun. I don't know how this woman sleeps she's always working . Ms Huynh is a attorney not to be taken lightly and all the attorneys...
