A Lawyer Who Cares

Brittany Huynh was a godsend that I had no clue I needed. I am a prior first responder dealing with a workers comp case from my old employer. Brittany was easy to speak with and very clear with me. My case had some issues early on that others sounded doubtful about. Brittany really cares for first re...sponders and decided to take on my case. After some time, she was able to triple the amount that was initially offered. The best part was that she genuinely cared and made sure to get me the help I needed during the process. I cannot recommend her more.

The Best!

Brittany is the best and I highly recommend her after seeing how she handled my workers' compensation case. Her dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process was remarkable, and I could not have asked for a better attorney to represent me. I was referred to Brittany by a friend ...after I had worked with another WC attorney who I wasn’t happy with. The other attorney never returned calls and only had his assistants communicate with me. When I first contacted Brittany, she spent almost 2 hours going over my case and I knew right away she was the person I wanted representing me. Throughout the entire case she was both compassionate and empathetic. She was understanding of the emotional stress as well as the physical pain I was enduring. Her empathetic demeanor is also matched with a remarkable work ethic and legal knowledge. Brittany was always responsive when I needed advice or had questions by phone and email. She would always keep me informed as to the progress of my case, and sometimes would even call just to check on me even if nothing was happening to make sure I was doing okay. This was something I had not experienced with other attorneys and it is a reflection of how much she cares for her clients. In addition, her judgement, professionalism and knowledge are unmatched. When she goes up against other attorneys and you see her in action, you start to feel sorry for the opposing counsel but also happy that she is representing you. My case was extremely complicated yet she never hesitated in fighting for me. She was able to settle my case as she had promised which has had a big impact on my life. I cannot recommend Brittany enough as a WC attorney. Thank you Brittany for all you did for me.

Workers comp

My Savior

I have been dealing with tremendous physical pain due to work-related injuries incurred through the past 20+ years which have resulted in multiple workers compensation claims across a number of companies. It got to a point where any additional therapy requests would be denied and my doctor appointmen...ts provided zero help. I decided to try to close out all of my cases and the insurance companies suggested a settlement that was just a slap in the face. This is when I started to reach out to workers comp lawyers where many of them declined to take me on as a client because of my long history and complexity due to multiple claims. When I spoke with Brittany, she also stated that my situation is complex, but she had empathy for my predicament and graciously agreed to take my case.
