Nicholas Paul Jellins

I consulted with Nicholas on a tree/boundary dispute I am facing with my neighbor. Nicholas was exceptional - first asking a series of methodical questions to understand the situation and then proposing a couple of possible paths for me to proceed. Most importantly, he answered my core question about... the legal issues involved in my case without obfuscation or hedging. He is very knowledgeable about the law as well as its practical application by cities and counties on the peninsula.
