Best attorney for the opposite site.

I am a landlord and I had dispute with my lodger. Lorena in this firm is the best attorney every tenant/lodger is hoping for. The legal advice I got from Lorena is different from what other attorneys told me later. The firm charged me more than $750 on just sending a letter to the tenant. And I als...o have to provide a lot of incentives out of my pocket to encourage the tenant to vacate and suffered the damages the tenants caused. In summary, I don't think the firm is doing the best to protect my rights and my interests, but instead, doing the best to protect the rights and interests for my lodger.
