Mike comes across as a nice guy and believes himself to care and be doing the best by his clients. The truth is that he is not a very good attorney and does not get the best outcomes for his clients. He will not speak up on your behalf to a judge, does not work for getting the best deal for you and mostly just wants to be in and out of the court room as fast as possible. He's rather disorganized and instead of hiring help like a secretary or paralegal, thinks he can do everything himself which gives him little time to properly serve his clients. He gets worked over by other attorneys who are better organized and prepared. In the end, he's only concerned about getting his fees and taking on more cases than he can handle. Look elsewhere, you'd probably be better off with the public defender anyway.
William Conwell, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I endorse this lawyer. I have known Mike for 10 years. Mike is a great attorney, he is blessed with a wealth of knowledge about science. His understanding of science gives him the edge in representing his clients, because he is not afraid to challenge the prosecution's case and use their science against them. He aggressively represents his clients and provides his clients with the best defense possible.
