Very knowledgable and willing to share his expertise

Mike was extremely responsive and went out of his way to consult with me on contract issues I had. He provided examples of other cases and shared his recommendations. He is willing to communicate effeciently and not waste anybody's time. If I ever need assistance again he is my top choice.

Excellent business attorney - hired for lawsuit defense & prosecution

I am not a litigation kind of guy, and don't run my business that way. But my company was unfairly sued by a large overnight shipping company and Mike handled the defense excellently and won. He is now leading a malicious prosecution case against them. Mike helped me deal with my situation with exce...llent advice. He was able to quickly delve into the legal details of these cases and keep me informed. He also dealt well with a stubborn opposition that issued more motions than a go-go dancer to try and discourage us from proceeding. I have also used Mike's services for general business legal advice with agreements and contracts. He has a great deal of experience with venture-backed startup clients. I highly recommend him for any kind of business law needs.
