"My client was experiencing a lot of upset with its founders. One founder engaged Michael to represent her. When this happens, it causes great concern because the wrong lawyer in a delicate situation of a founder dispute can quite literally cause the failure of the entire company. Michael handled himself as the consummate professional. He protected his client zealously but also knew the unwritten rules and standard boundaries. Accordingly, he got what I believe was the proper result for his client without crossing any of the trip wires that could have put the company in danger. In other similar circumstances, I have seen other attorneys cross those trip wires and literally cause companies to fail."
