Stay away from Mrs. Cavassa specially regarding custody disputes. You will end up paying child support, alimony, all child expenses and sharing 50/50 custody which you would get anyway. You will pay her to misrepresent you and will learn her mistakes will be repairable when it comes to your child's c...ustody. After U$ 15,000.00 I had to hire another attorney to revert other aspects that her misrepresentation had caused.
