I was wrongfully accused and charged by the DA with a serious misdemeanor crime, thanks to my ex-wife! I was caught unawares. The case was filed against me last September 2016. So pleased with the outcome of my case thanks to Dylan and Jamie's expert experience and professionalism. I was arrested on a warrant from 2013 (first arrest in my life) and charged with three counts of felony for what I felt I was initially being over charged with for the little amount of evidence... the police filing report explained on those felonies. Anywho, my case lasted about 3 months and I ended up taking a plea bargain of two misdemeanors, 3yrs probation and 30 days of community service and of course all those additional court fees. Rather that than 3 counts of felony on my record for a petty theft which lacked so much evidence to begin with but then again I decided not to fight due to the fact I work and live in SF and didn't have time or the patience to have this case linger on.
