Jamey was a great attorney from the very beginning to the very end of my case. He listened to all of my concerns especially since I no longer live in the area. I made a bad judgement call and thought that I could evade the police. It was at this moment in my life I had a huge wake-up call. A little late. Jamey was referred to me by another attorney that was unable to take my case due to the location. I got a speeding ticket going over 100mph while going on a camping trip to big pines. Just 5 stars? They deserve more. Unfortunately, earlier this year, I was online searching reviews and looking for an attorney to get help for my son and promised myself, if I found a great attorney, I’d take the time to let others know as well. My son had very serious charges against him, 7 felon...ies and over 1 million dollars bail and I knew he was innocent. I met with several attorneys before meeting with Jamey and Dylan and I had a criteria that was important to me. • an expectation of communication and updates during the process • a willingness to seriously investigate my sons account of what happened • a belief in seeking out and willing to work for the best outcome , including trial and for the game plan to not change because an offer was on the table. • A belief in my son’s innocence, until proven otherwise and that the outcome on his life was worth doing whatever it would take to fight • A level of care for both my son and I • An attorney that seemed truthful that I could put my trust in • An attorney that wasn’t going to say one thing ( before hired ) and then another thing, 3 weeks later These guys were all of the above and more. After meeting with them once and setting up follow up, they had gone to the jail on their own and met with my son. They acknowledged the seriousness of the charges but also the hope in the system, investigations and hopeful outcomes. Any time I called them, a returned call within the day, always. They had an awesome private investigator that was on the case immediately. They treated me and my son with respect and care, while we were going through such a dehumanizing and difficult thing and I will always be thankful for that. I could go on and on, truly , but the other part you also want to know is… All charges dropped. In spite of offers made by the court, these wonderful attorneys did not lower their standards or expectations to take an offer just to close the case and go on to the next . They were willing to go to trial before accepting any offer that wasn’t what we all believed in and felt was the best outcome for my son. These are the guys everyone “ hopes” they get when they hire an attorney . My son was in a physically abusive relationship and “ the day before” this occurred, he confided in me that he couldn’t take the abuse anymore and wanted to leave. We had a plan that day to remove his things from their shared apartment when he got off work and at the last minute, he decided he needed more time, so that on his exit, he didn’t leave any personal items, vehicles behind because she would destroy them. Zoom ahead 24 hours and she physically attacks him when she learns he wants to leave and then sets him up with the police. Please, if you or someone you know is in an abusive relationship… get out now, tomorrow could be too late. …. DID I SAY GREAT ATTORNEYS AND ALL CHARGES DROPPED ? They’re nice guys, truly and they have a high level of care/ respect that they treat clients/families with. They will keep you in the loop. They will work their tails off to get you the best outcome and they know what they’re doing and they’re great at it. These guys were the best from start to finish.

Taylor and Dolowich are a great team! Last year I had a sticky situation where I had a received a warrant for my arrest via mail. This was somewhat of an easy issue that I thought I could handle because a family member used my name for a ticket he received for possession. I thought I could handle t...his because I was innocent; however I was wrong. The citing officer and his supervisor didn't want to hear my story, so I went to see Taylor and Dolowich for a consultation. They immediately made me comfortable and gave me peace of mind. Within minutes of signing my contract, Dolowich took my information and Taylor was typing up my information. These guys work fast! I met with them late Wednesday afternoon and they were still able to squeeze in a court date by Friday morning. The fact that these guys were former Public Defenders helped with them knowing exactly how court schedules and all the Judges work at the Salinas Courthouse. They handled everything for me and I never missed a day of work. They worked around my scheduled and kept me in the loop of everything. They were able to speak to the original citing officer and forward charges to the guilty family member. Furthermore, they filed a "Factual Innocence" document with the court to erase this incident from my record (something I could never do if I represented myself). The factual innocence document was a really important thing for me because I plan to apply for a job that does background checks.
