Biography
Monrae L. English was an attorney at Wild, Carter & Tipton - the Oldest Law Firm in Fresno for almost sixteen years. In 2021, Ms. English founded "Tower Law" to help continue her practice helping victims of employment discrimination/wrongful termination; medical malpractice and accidents resulting in serious injuires.
Ms. English received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from California State University, Fresno and received her Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law School in Sacramento, California. Ms. English also holds a Masters of Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
While Ms. English has trial experience in many practice areas, her primary focus has been civil trial practice, with an emphasis on helping victims and their families after suffering catasptrophic abuse, injury or death. Practice areas include Childhood Sexual Abuse - Molestation, Elder Abuse and Medical Malpractice. Ms. English also practices in the area of Employment Law with an emphasis in discrimination, wrongful termination and wage and hour violations.
