Biography
Todd Baxter has been practicing appellate litigation, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation since 1991. Upon graduation from the law school at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1990, he joined the firm of McCormick Barstow. Mr. Baxter is chairman of McCormick Barstow’s Appellate Law Group. He has extensive experience in appeals before the California Supreme Court, the California Appellate Courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the California Federal District Courts. Mr. Baxter is a Certified Appellate Law Specialist, certified by the Board of Legal Specializations of the California State Bar since 2009. Mr. Baxter also represents insurance company clients in insurance coverage disputes and insurance bad faith litigation in state and federal courts in California. Mr. Baxter is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit, and all state and federal courts in the State of California and the State of Nebraska,
