Ms. Benninghoff was appointed to represent my grandson who is presently incarcerated in Corcoran on a in-custody offense of conspiring to receive controlled substances in prison and an additional possession of an inmate manufactured weapon that was previously dropped by the institution. She has fail...ed to communicate with her client and was recently informed that she was being fired by her client, after which she responded. I hired Ms. Benninghoff about a year after being charged with 3 felonies. She took over my case, which was a very large case, and caught up fairly quickly. My case was a very publicized case in San Luis Obispo County and she handled everything amazingly! She is a very knowledgeable attorney and goes ...above and beyond for your clients. When we went to jury trial, she was amazing! She did not let the DAs Office mess around with my case and violate my rights which allowed me to get a fair trial. Due to her knowledge and skills, I was acquitted of ALL of my charges. She is amazing! I would recommend her to anyone! She is a very busy attorney because she is very good at her job and cares about her cases. A busy attorney is a good attorney. Slow attorneys, probably aren’t that good. The money I spent for her to represent me was beyond worth it. I can’t say it enough, her and her team are AMAZING! I recommend them over and over again. Ms. Benninghoff is the best around!

she told me she can help me out with my case. I had to keep calling and texting her to find out what was going on. She wouldn't get back to me till a week later. I had to tell her I was going to contact the DA's office, right away she returned my call saying for me to put myself on calendar and the j...udge would appoint her out to my case and from there we can move forward. The next day she called and told me she couldn't help me out to find someone else. I told her if she would have told me sooner I would have did the work on my own from the start, I thanked her for wasting a month of time. All I know she is RUDE, LAZY & ALWAYS LATE FOR COURT. I don't recommend her AT ALL.. I know if she reads this she'll know who I am right off the back lol
