Leo took the time to answer all my questions every time I called or emailed him within a few hours if not the very the next day. He and his staff seem devoted to the smallest detail of my case. Sometimes I called about things that I didn't understand that would have been more obvious to me had... I been through this before. He and his staff always took the time to explain things to me and to make sure that some of my fears could be resolved. I admit that I had times of high anxiety but, the ladies there always took the time to be compassionate, to get on my level, to explain things in a way that made me feel less distressed about my circumstances.
