After my son made some regrettable choices and found himself facing a misdemeanor charge, a friend sent us to Sally. Sally Vecchiarelli is a smart, energetic, professional attorney that I would recommend to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney. I found Sally online while a looking for a juvenile defense attorney for my son. She was also recommended by a drug counseling center that my son had attended.... I met with Sally for a consultation and hired her the same day. Her passion for juvenile law was obvious and for me was the deciding factor in hiring her. Having no experience with the justice system, my husband and I wanted someone not only to defend our son but walk us through the process as we went. The case went on for over a month, with a hearing nearly every week. Sally made numerous, lengthy visits to our son to discuss the case and determine what outcome would be in his best interest. She met with us before each hearing to let us know what to expect in court that day and again after the hearing to let us know the next step. Between hearings, Sally was in contact with me by phone and email, letting me know what she was working on and keeping me updated on her communications with the DA. She was always quick to respond any time I had a question or concern. Sally went far beyond her duty as an attorney, even researching how the charge would affect our son in the job and college application process. The resolution of the case was what Sally had been working toward and what we had hoped for. The main charge against our son was suspended with the chance to have it dismissed at the end of the probationary period and he was admitted into the juvenile substance abuse program. Two months later when our son was charged with a violation of probation, we hired Sally again. Since the violation would have reinstated the main charge, she fought to keep the violation from being enforced. Thanks again to Sally's hard work in researching the circumstances of the violation and presenting it to the court, the judge agreed to not enforce the violation. We can never thank Sally enough for all of her hard work on behalf of our son. The justice system is complicated and confusing and having Sally with us throughout the process was very reassuring. I would not hesitate to hire Sally again and I recommend her to anyone looking for a great criminal defense attorney.

In 2012 I was arrested and charged with first-degree murder on an old case that I knew nothing about...
