Donald Thomas Krupens

I have had the pleasure of working aside and with Don Krupens. He has a work ethic that exceeds anyone else I have ever worked with. He has a personal integrity to do his best in all aspects of his career and it shows in his completion of tasks. Not only have I seen Don Krupens complete the tasks ...set before him, I have seen him complete them them beyond the expectation. I highly recommend Don Krupens.

I consulted with Don when my landlord didn't refund my security deposit on time. I was prepared to go to court. Don helped put together a letter where we outlined the law about security deposits as well as some information that showed the condo was in great condition when we moved out. I can't say... for sure, but within a few days of receiving the letter we received our security deposit.

We contacted Don for advice after our contractor failed to complete our bathroom remodel. He was very thorough in pointing out the different options we had to try and recover the costs it took us to have someone else complete the job. His advice helped us decide to pursue this matter in small claim...s court. Not only did he walk us through the process, but prepped us on what documentation to have and the best way to present our case. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering our many questions. Would highly recommend him.

I used Don when a supplier failed to deliver supplies to my small business and I wasn’t sure of the best way to get my money back. He advised me on a variety of ways to handle the situation and discussed the pros and cons of each. Eventually we settled on the way that was least expensive and most l...ikely to get my money back. I followed Don’s advice and while the supplier was a bit reluctant, they eventually returned my money. I liked best that he was concerned about the cost to me to resolve, not how he would most benefit.
