I consulted with Don when my landlord didn't refund my security deposit on time. I was prepared to go to court. Don helped put together a letter where we outlined the law about security deposits as well as some information that showed the condo was in great condition when we moved out. I can't say... for sure, but within a few days of receiving the letter we received our security deposit.

I liked best that he was concerned about the cost to me to resolve, not how he would most benefit.
