Biography
For more than 28 years, David M. Wallin has dedicated his legal career to helping everyday people, everyday, to get the best possible legal defense. His firm has handled 100's of criminal cases involving drug crimes, DUI, theft crimes, child molestation accusations, Murder, Robbery and many other criminal charges. Mr. Wallin is a former Deputy District Attorney and a Certified Criminal Law Specialist. I have also been a professor at Chapman University for about 4 years, teaching several different classes in Criminal Justice. I also have been a guest lecturer at the Antelope Valley Junior College for about 7 years, lecturing at several different criminal law classes, several times each year. My office has mentored dozens of students from local high schools through out my 25 years in practice. It has been my pleasure to allow bright, motivated students to learn the nuts and bolts of what a real criminal defense firm does for their clients, each and very day. Many of those students have reported back to us that, now that they have worked with a real criminal defense firm, and they had the opportunity to see what really goes on in this world of criminal law, that they now want to be a criminal defense attorney.
