Sophie does not read or respond to her messages and put the onus on me to follow up on the status of my case. I was found guilty on a correctable offense, at least in part, because she failed to read or respond to my messages contained proof of correction. I could have had this resolved myself at the... DMV and would've saved time and money relative to dealing with Sophie. Worst of all, she failed to notify me that I was found guilty! If I hadn't continued to ask for updates I never would have been notified.
