Mr. Martinez was assigned to my daughter in a CWS case. He did not counsel my daughter adequately. He did not listen to her or honor her requests for information she wanted relayed to the judge. When she wanted things filed in court (which had to be filed through her lawyer) he didn't comply.He di...

Child custody
This guy did nothing to assist my niece with her issues. He didn't even prepare her for the court appearances or let her know what to expect. Now we find that a number of others that have used him had to change attorneys because he was useless.
