She does not meet with children as an advocate. She chooses a side of a parent and does not advocate for children. She calls children liars. She does no research with educators, counselors or medical professionals she overrides them all and the judges takes her word. She needs to be investigated by ...the State Bar Immediately. She has numerous reviews in which she has hurt not helped children. Others will not review because she has that much power and they live in fear she will use it to remove children just for spite. She needs to be removed from the Courts as a Minor Council.

Tammi Faulks was my divorce attorney, and I would not ever hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a strong, competent, and caring family attorney. Our relationship throughout an exhausting 2 1/2 year battle was difficult at times, because let’s face it... divorce can be ugly and very difficu...lt!! Especially when the opposing counsel is hell-bent on dragging your case out as long as possible to benefit himself!!! What a disgrace. Through it all, Tammi fought hard for me, and I felt she did an outstanding job when it came to cross examination. If I had to do it all again, I would definitely use her professional services again, without a doubt.

Ms. Faulks represented me during my divorce and did an excellent job. There were several complicated issues in my case such as multiple properties, including a foreign property; a business; and a variety of unique assets pertaining to my business. Ms. Faulks dealt with the various complexities of my ...case with obvious expertise. She was very responsive and straightforward in all of our communications. She never made a promise she didn't keep, and she never guaranteed me anything other than her best work. Moreover, Ms. Faulks' staff was professional, skilled, and compassionate. Ms. Faulks and her staff provide the complete package for anyone dealing with a family law issue, and I would recommend her to anyone.

I do not have enough words to describe how poorly she has managed my case and as well as many others that I have heard of. She assumes EVERYTHING! She takes the smallest bit of information and translates it to an entire story....which is usually at some point proved wrong with ACTUAL FACTS!!! DO YOUR...SELF AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR CHILDREN A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM HER AS FAR AS YOU CAN!! What she does is so wrong and her assumptions are never good for any children she represents.....What a shame SB County uses her to ensure children's wellbeing.... I can't even imagine how many children custody cases have been affected for the worst because of her influence and decisions.

When Tammi was first ask to represent our children in our case she seemed like she was going to do the right thing and fight for our children...for what was best for them. Long story short it has been quite the opposite. All that both my exspouse and I can see is that she has racked up attorney fees ...that combine both mine and her attorneys [combined]. However, most disturbing is that she does not base her objectives off facts but rather "runs with her hunch" and assumes she knows everything instead of taking the extra time to see all the facts surrounding the case. Very sad. Highly disapprove of her ability and even more alarming are her billing rates that have soared to combine both Attorney fees. STAY AWAY!!!
