Biography
In 2019, I retired from nearly 40 years of trial practice to conduct mediations of civil cases and disputes on the Central Coast (mainly in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties), but also statewide.
Before that, I specialized in general civil litigation with emphasis in medical malpractice and employment litigation. I was Board Certified in the area of Medical Professional Liability by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. I practiced in the Central San Joaquin Valley (Bakersfield to Stockton) and the Central Coast (Ventura to San Luis Obispo).
I have received the following honors:
