Mr. Jenkins is very smart, very kind and very professional. Unfortunately he is a nice guy in a bullies playground. He does not fit into the good old boy club that is the San Luis Obispo Court System. Our Judge had no respect for Mr. Jenkins as an attorney for personal reasons and walked all over ...him (me) at the hearings. He knows books and the law. He does not know how to pander to the Judges likes and dislikes which unfortunately is a huge part of winning. If you need good work on papers and filings etc..., Mr. Jenkins would probably be great. If you are looking for a good fighter that will help you win in a trial, you might consider another attorney.
