My practice is limited solely to serious personal injury. I have been chosen at Trial Lawyer of the year three times by the CCTLA. The most recent years have been 2005 and 2007. I have served as President for the local trial lawyers association for two years. I care about my clients and work very hard to serve their best interests. I believe in being involved in the community and have served on numerous boards and am the Mock Trial coach for a local high school. I believe that honesty and compassion are important in my profession. The majority of my clients are sent to me on referral by other attorneys and former clients. I limit the number of cases I accept so I can do the best job possible for my clients.
Practice areas
I do only personal injury work. This involves wrongful death and other serious injuries. I limit the number of cases I take so I can give my clients the best service possible.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Dan is smart, experienced, and hard working. But what makes Dan such a great lawyer is that he truly cares about his clients. I have worked with him using Trial Lawyers College techniques and he knows how to listen to clients and witnesses and not just understand them, but be able to tell their stories in a compelling way. If I ever need a personal injury attorney, Dan is my first choice. I have referred many of my criminal clients to him and no one has ever been disappointed.
