The worst experience!
Use any attorney but Mr. Gillet. He wouldn't return phone calls, almost cost me my house, and made a huge mistake causing us to have to file a Ch 13 only 3 months after filing a Ch7. He was reprimanded by a judge for falsifying documents while representing another client right before our case was cal...

Replied last October 25, 2014I have worked with Mr. Gillet for over 13 years and can attest to his professionalism and knowledge of the bankruptcy laws. Should any of the things mentioned above occur he would have lost his license and/or been fined enough to discourage the practice of law in the future. While we do compete for clients I would not impugn his integrity as this review attempts to do.
