Doug Fitz-Simmons is an associate attorney with Chain | Cohn | Clark, who has more than 30 years of experience working with insurance companies on accident and injury cases.
He has decades of experience working in insurance defense as a trial lawyer, and has tried nearly 100 cases in front of jury. He worked for 17 years with Allstate Insurance and another 8 years at State Farm Insurance. This experience and deep understanding of the inner workings of insurance companies now gives our injured clients an upper hand.
For his work, Doug has been awarded a “attorney of the year” honor for trial excellence out of 40 trial attorneys in a previous law firm. Today, he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Doug graduated from Westmont College, and attended law school at Pepperdine University. He’s originally from Phoenix, AZ.
Out of the office, Doug is involved with a human needs group that feeds the homeless community.
