Terrible lawyer

I hired this person to help and guide us with our immigration case, before processing anything he had to be paid in full which he was. Forms were all done by Doug. Once our appointment came close to go to Juarez we went to Richard for guidance to make sure we had everything we needed to take, which h...e just said just follow whatever the letter tells you. He never gave us the original documents or mentioned that once we arrive we had to create a tracking number. Well we get there show up to the appt and it gets rejected for the simple fact we didnt have the original docs. My husband had to stay in Mexico I came back alone to 3 kids. Filling documents and another Pardon package which took to years only to get DENIED. Through out all this time I would go my "my lawyer" and he technically fired me and wanted nothing to do with my case. In the process my kids were left without a dad I was left without a husband lost my home and had to live in a garage. Its now 2020 and Im still struggling.

Quick and Efficient

Richard helped me along the Naturalization Process. And yes it is a process. Most of the waiting was on DHS to get back to me about when to get come in for my next appointment (although this is to be expected). Took a total of about a year-and-a-half to get Naturalized (6 months from initial filing t...o biometrics, another 6 months from biometrics to my interview, then another 6 months from the interview to the ceremony - all waiting on DHS). However, Richard was always there to help and answer questions if I had them and he always let me know what was coming up next so I was never nervous or unsure about what was going to happen at my next meeting. I would recommend Richard and his associates to anyone looking for an attorney who knows his stuff and who will be there for you every step of the way!

Great Experience

Mr. Bambl and his clerk Mr. Douglas have been very helpful in my case! I was afraid I was going to be deported until they took over my case and helped me get a work permit while they are fighting my case in the Immigration Court. They allowed me to make monthly payments that were a lot less than th...e attorneys in Fresno wanted, plus they are a lot closer to home and very easy to contact.
