Richard helped me along the Naturalization Process. And yes it is a process. Most of the waiting was on DHS to get back to me about when to get come in for my next appointment (although this is to be expected). Took a total of about a year-and-a-half to get Naturalized (6 months from initial filing t...o biometrics, another 6 months from biometrics to my interview, then another 6 months from the interview to the ceremony - all waiting on DHS). However, Richard was always there to help and answer questions if I had them and he always let me know what was coming up next so I was never nervous or unsure about what was going to happen at my next meeting.
