Paul Robert Burns

I was slapped with a class action lawsuit. My go-to attorney, whom I’ve used for nearly 20 years, reviewed the case and told me he was not the right guy for this complicated case. After 14 months of discovery, depositions, lost nights of sleep, and the worst year of my life, the judge threw the case out, based on Paul’s brilliantly written trial brief and defense in our favor—before even going to trial! Paul was thoughtful, diligent, extraordinary, compassionate, and driven to protect me and my company from being harassed out of business. Paul was always available, ready and willing to talk me off a cliff in the darkest days of the process, and counsel me and my partner when we would fight over the case. Paul is a genius and a true fighter for what he believes is right. He will go to bat for you and never back down. He is a bulldog and a knight in shining armor. Hopefully, I never have to use him again, but if I ever need someone in my corner, he is my new go-to guy.
